Officially the oddest episode in 52 years of Dr Who was Doctor Who: Hell Bent, 55 mins of The Doctor stuck in his own Chronic Hysterisis aka his own private hell a story that literally took him billions of years for him to experience, some people will really hate this one, I loved how brave it was and only the BBC would have allowed Stephen Moffatt to pull this off it was clearly a writing exercise on Moffatt’s part and an acting one on Capaldi’s. Great television, great Doctor Who? The jury’s out, certainly unforgettable and unexpected so as far as I’m concerned not rubbish. Clearly thought provoking hence the lengthy show notes this week. Feel free to post comments to the facebook group it will be interesting to read listeners thoughts on this one. Love it or hate it folks?
